Maruti Suzuki Victories Facelift-

Maruti Suzuki launched the Victories last year, and they became the talk of the town very quickly. The automaker has showcased the Victories as the more luxurious Maruti Suzuki, with the Grand Vitara’s practicality. Its bold design and premium positioning, along with the SUV’s advanced technologies, make it stand out. With the facelift, this is expected to remain unchanged. What could actually be changed?

Looks-

For the exteriors, Maruti has adopted an aggressive design, featuring the LED projector headlamps, connected LED taillamps, and sharp lines across the body. While the Victoris’ looks remain fresh, a facelift could bring a redesigned front grille, sharper LED DRLs, and revised bumpers for a sportier look. Along with this, we could also expect a new set of up-sized alloy wheels, as the current wheels feel a bit small for the car’s size. What else?
Interiors & Features-

Let’s keep the exterior design aside. When you step inside the cabin, you can definitely notice how premium it is when compared to other Marutis. Inside the cabin, Victoris comes equipped with a 10.1-inch infotainment screen and a 1.25-inch driver’s display. In addition to this are features such as a massive panoramic sunroof, multicoloured ambient lighting, ventilated seats, an 8-speaker sound system, and much more. With the update, the UI/UX of the screen could be updated along with some additional car-connect features.

Maruti has been really working towards the safety of their cars, and with Victoris, this is evident as well. Victoris secured a 5-star safety rating from Bharat NCAP, with 29.85 out of 32 points for adult occupant protection and 44.10 out of 49 for child occupant protection. Also, for additional driver assistance, Victoris features a 360-degree camera and ADAS level-2. What about the unique powertrain?
Powertrain-

Under the hood, the Maruti Suzuki Victoris is expected to continue with multiple powertrain options. The SUV currently comes with a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine (102 bhp & 139 Nm), a strong-hybrid petrol setup (116 bhp & 141 Nm), and a factory-fitted underbody CNG option (87 bhp & 121.5 Nm). Transmission choices include a 5-speed manual, a 6-speed torque converter automatic, and an e-CVT gearbox for the hybrid variants. Also, you have a choice between two powertrain configurations: the FWD and AWD. With the facelift, Maruti Suzuki would aim to further increase fuel efficiency.
Rivals-
The major rival to the Maruti Suzuki Victoris facelift will remain the Hyundai Creta. Other rivals include the Kia Seltos Facelift, Tata Sierra, Tata Harrier and MG Hector. When it comes to sales, we can’t ignore that another rival to the Victoris facelift will be sibling Maruti’s Grand Vitara, with an almost identical powertrain and feature list. Would you choose Victor’s over the competition?
Expected Launch & Pricing-
As of now, there is no official word on the Victoris facelift launch. The SUV made its debut in 2025, so there is some time before we get the facelift. That being said, we can expect the Victoris Facelift by around 2027. The Victoris is being priced aggressively, considering its competition between Rs 12.51 lakh and Rs 23.66 lakh (on-road, Mumbai), and with the update, we can expect the price hike of about Rs 30,000-Rs 40,000. What do you think about the Victoris facelift?
