Upcoming Honda Cars – Honda ZR-V

The Honda ZR-V is expected to be identical to the international-spec model, as it will be brought and sold in India as a CBU (Completely Built-Up Unit). As a CBU model, prices will surely be high; we expect it to start at Rs 45 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). For newcomers, the ZR-V is a 5-seater SUV from the Japanese automaker. It has a striking presence with a sporty fascia.
The model’s interiors are also clean and include several tech features. Some of those include a 12-speaker Bose sound system, 9-inch touchscreen infotainment, 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, dual-zone climate control, ambient lighting, head-up display, powered front seats, powered tailgate, and a panoramic sunroof. The international-spec model is equipped with 11 airbags, Level 2 ADAS, 360-degree camera, front and rear parking sensors, TPMS and more. Now, how many of these features will be carried over to the Indian model is yet to be seen.
Regarding the powertrain, the SUV is expected to come with a 2.0-litre NA petrol engine with a strong hybrid setup with two electric motors. It produces 182 bhp and 315 Nm, paired with an e-CVT gearbox.
