Upcoming Cars – Honda ZR-V

Honda is preparing to introduce the ZR-V as a premium SUV positioned above its current lineup. Unlike its usual mass-market approach, this model is expected to be brought in as a full import. The ZR-V is based on a global platform and measures around 4.5 metres in length. It is expected to be powered by a 2.0-litre strong hybrid system producing about 182 bhp and 315 Nm, paired with an e-CVT gearbox. On the feature side, the SUV is expected to include a 9-inch touchscreen, a 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster, ADAS features, powered seats, and a panoramic glass roof. In terms of pricing, we can expect the on-road price in Mumbai to range between ₹40 lakh and ₹50 lakh. As the vehicle is CBU, the prices may even go higher.
Rivals: Hyundai Tucson, Volkswagen Tiguan, Jeep Compass
The ZR-V is aimed at buyers seeking a hybrid SUV focused on refinement and efficiency rather than outright performance.
