Priced between Rs 10.34 lakh & Rs 15.36 lakh (on-road, Mumbai), the Ertiga is an easy recommendation for the masses! The Ertiga was launched in 2012 and has been a top pick for many! Even today, it is India’s best-selling 7-seaters. Being a Maruti product, the Ertiga is reliable and runs for lakhs & lakhs of kilometres! The comfortable & spacious Maruti is offered with a 1.5-litre NA petrol engine (102bhp & 137Nm) – mated with manual & automatic gearbox options. Additionally, you can opt for CNG with the Ertiga. Also, if you want a Toyota badge on the Ertiga, you have the Rumion, priced from Rs 12.76 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).

The other best-selling 7-seater, available at an affordable price, is the Mahindra Bolero Neo. Priced between Rs 10.16 lakh & Rs 12.71 lakh, the Bolero Neo recently received a facelift. The facelift has added some new features, including a new colour theme on the inside & an updated suspension setup. However, it is important to know that the Bolero Neo comes with jump seats in the last row, which are strictly for short passengers. The SUV is offered with a 1.5-litre diesel engine (100bhp & 260Nm), paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox only.
