TVS-owned Norton will be breaking covers of its 4 new bikes at the EICMA. The upcoming Norton bikes include a super-bike, scrambler, adventure bike, and a mystery bike. The superbike will continue with a V4 power. Its ADV will be named ‘Atlas’ (an old ballistic nameplate). The scrambler will sport a 650cc parallel-twin motor, it will also be tagged under ‘Atlas’ nameplate. But, there is no further information about the 4th bike at present. Can it be a naked sport motorcycle? We would need to wait for that till the EICMA. 

With such offerings in different segments, we are expecting the bikes to cost more than Rs 8 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).

Royal Enfield is also ready to showcase its new motorcycles at EICMA. The one that’s worth the wait will be Himalayan with a new powerful engine and an electric powertrain. RE has been testing the 750cc engine with the Himalayan, expected to be revealed at the EICMA. The brand has also been focusing on its new EVs, which includes an Himalayan derivative. 

Both the production ready models are expected to be the highlight of RE’s stand at EICMA. Pricing for the 750cc ADV, can roughly be around Rs 5.50 lakh (on-road, Mumbai), while its electric version can cost something around Rs 6.50 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).

Popular cruiser bike-maker is expected to debut its new entry-level motorcycle at the EICMA. This new bike will share its nameplate with Harley’s old motorcycle – Sprint. This motorcycle will be underpinned by a new platform, while its specifications are not yet revealed. However, it will shortly be revealed. 

Talking about the pricing, Harley Davidson has announced that it will be their most affordable motorcycle. But in India don’t expect it to undercut the price of Harley X440, as it is being locally manufactured by Hero. The expected price for the Harley Davidson Sprint sits somewhere starting from Rs 5.50 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).

BMW will also be showcasing its adventure bike – the F 450GS. It has been already revealed that this motorcycle will sport a 450cc twin-cylinder engine paired with a 6-speed gearbox. It will compete with the likes of Honda NX500, Benelli TRK 502 and others. The model is expected to be priced maximum at Rs 6 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).

After launching the RTX 300, TVS will also be eyeing to have its own version of the BMW’s 450GS. The motorcycle can make its way at the EICMA, at least we can make this out from the teaser shared by the manufacturer. Being a TVS, expect the motorcycle to get all the modern features. The price of this model is expected to be lower than the original BMW’s, we expect it to be around Rs 4.50 lakh to Rs 5 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).

Hero’s one of the most popular bikes – Xpulse 421, is also expected to be showcased at the upcoming EICMA. This motorcycle is expected to be more off-road biased with big wheels, and an upped seat height. After the discontinuation of Hero Mavrick, the Xpulse will be the only 400cc offering for the brand, prices are expected to be between Rs 3.50 lakh and Rs 4 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).
