Hero Apr 2026 Sales: Splendor, Glamour, Destini, Xoom

The company achieved a YoY growth of 85 percent in Apr 2026 as multiple models (both scooters and bikes) posted triple digit YoY growth

Hero MotoCorp sold over 5.32 lakh units in Apr 2026 and continued as India’s leading two-wheeler brand with a healthy YoY growth of 85 percent in the domestic market. It had retailed close to 2.89 lakh units during the same month last year. However, the MoM sales declined marginally by 4 percent as around 5.53 lakh units were sold in Mar 2026. The entire commuter portfolio of the company, which has models like the Splendor, Glamour, Passion and HF Deluxe, witnessed higher demand while the scooters also improved their YoY performance.

The Splendor was the top-selling model with sales of 2,91,146 units in Apr 2026 with a YoY growth of 57 percent as compared to 1,85,635 units sold during the same month last year. The sales of the Super Splendor surged from 12,258 units in Apr 2025 to 17,985 units in Apr 2026 with a healthy YoY growth of 47 percent. So, as we can see, the combined sales of the Splendor nameplate stood at around 3.10 lakh units.

The HF Deluxe, Hero’s entry-level commuter motorcycle, received tremendous response last month as monthly sales jumped from 41,645 units in Apr 2025 to 91,977 units in Apr 2026 with an exceptional triple-digit YoY growth of 121 percent. Two more Hero products to register a triple-digit YoY growth were the Destini 125 and Glamour 125 at 489 percent and 438 percent.

The sales of Vida electric scooter also increased from 7,116 units in Apr 2025 to 16,291 units in Apr 2026 with a YoY growth of 129 percent. However, the MoM numbers were marginally down by 5 percent. Vida emerged as the fourth largest electric two-wheeler brand in FY26 by racing past Ola Electric and the same momentum has continued in Apr 2026 as well.

Hero Passion also posted YoY growth of 100 percent with 20,367 units retailed in Apr 2026 as compared to 10,187 units in Apr 2025. The Xtreme 125R also made a handsome YoY growth of 66 percent as 19,757 units were sold last month against 11,923 units in Apr 2025. The Xoom also reached close to a triple digit YoY growth at 98 percent with 7,201 units sold in Apr 2026 as compared to 3,643 units in Apr 2025.

Hero’s entry-level scooter Pleasure clocked YoY growth of 216 percent with 8,920 units sold in Apr 2026 against 2,826 units in Apr 2025. Even the Harley-Davidson X440, produced locally by Hero at the Jaipur facility, witnessed YoY sales growth of 129 percent. The only Hero motorcycle to register a negative growth last month was the Xtreme 160 as sales came down from 1,823 units in Apr 2025 to 1,345 units in Apr 2025.
