Tata Curvv Facelift – What To Expect?

Tata tried something different when it launched the Curvv. A coupe-SUV was unheard of at this price segment, and Tata (along with Citroen) invented a new segment at this price point. Moreover, Tata unveiled an all-new platform, “ATLAS”. It was clearly ambitious with the project. But unfortunately, its sales have slowed down.
And with the facelift, things could change. The coupe-like silhouette will carry over, and aesthetic updates will be minimal. A revised front grille, newer alloy designs and more colour options are expected.

With the facelift, Tata could offer an improved ADAS suite and add a few more features to the lower variant.

The outgoing model is offered with a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. It misses out on the dual-cylinder CNG option, and Tata could introduce that option with the facelift. Gearbox options could include a 6-speed MT, 6-speed AMT and a 7-speed DCT. Furthermore, Tata has recently made the 55kWh battery pack standard with the EV version, and Tata could add a larger 65kWh option on the top variants with the facelift.

Tata Curvv Facelift – Expected Pricing & Launch

Expect the ICE version to be priced around Rs 11-23 lakh (on-road, Mumbai), while the EV could cost between Rs 18-24 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). Tata has yet to comment on its plans for the Curvv, and you would have to wait quite some time for the facelift. Rumours suggest that we could see this facelift by late 2027. So if you are in the market for a Curvv, you have two options: get the most out of the discounts on the current car, or wait for the facelift, hoping for big updates.
