Mahindra Scorpio N Facelift!

Mahindra’s best-selling SUV, the Scorpio, is due for an update, and we will soon get to see it in the flesh. While the sales are combining the Scorpio Classic and the N, the Scorpio N is likely to be the higher contributor. Nevertheless, the Scorpio nameplate has always been one of India’s favourites, and the Scorpio N is now making a run with the baton. And soon, the Scorpio N will get a facelift, a much-needed update to give the SUV a makeover. So, what are the changes that we expect from this facelift?

Design And Features

We believe that Mahindra will make a decent amount of changes to the exterior to give the Scorpio N a fresh look. We expect new front and rear bumpers, a new LED headlight setup, a new alloy wheel design, and a few new colour options. On the inside, the SUV could get a new, clean dashboard layout, a new interior theme and a few new features to improve the overall cabin experience. We expect the Scorpio N to get new features like a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, a 12.3-inch touchscreen, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and much more.

Mahindra Scorpio N Facelift – What Else?

As it is a facelift, we expect the changes to be confined to the design and features. Mahindra will likely continue to offer the same engine options with the updated Scorpio N. The SUV gets 2 engine options: a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine (200bhp & 380Nm) and a 2.2-litre diesel engine (172bhp & 400Nm). We believe that Mahindra could offer a new hybrid engine option in the next-gen Scorpio N, which could arrive in 2028. However, the facelift is expected to be launched by the end of this year. The current model carries a price tag ranging from Rs 16.20 lakh to Rs 30.42 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). The updated model could carry a price tag ranging between Rs 16.60 lakh and Rs 32 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).
