Hyundai has officially taken the wraps off its new SUV, the new-gen Venue, as it is now open for bookings. With the unveil, Hyundai has confirmed that the new-gen Venue will be launched on November 4, 2025. The Venue is now slightly bigger than before, along with a slew of cosmetic as well as feature upgrades. The new feature upgrades include a new dual 12.3-inch screen setup, ventilated front seats, a powered driver seat, a Level 2 ADAS suite and the list goes on. While Hyundai will be offering the same powertrain options (2 petrol engines and a diesel engine), the diesel will be offered with an automatic transmission for the first time. We expect Hyundai to price the new Venue between Rs 10.50 Lakh and Rs 17 Lakh (on-road, Mumbai).

2. Tata Sierra

One of the most-awaited Tata SUVs, the Sierra, will launch on November 25, 2025. It is still unclear whether Tata will launch the EV version first or the ICE version. Nevertheless, it will surely be an exciting launch, as Tata revives one of its most iconic nameplates. The Sierra has been spotted multiple times, revealing key details. For instance, we can expect the upcoming Sierra to receive a triple-screen setup, like the Mahindra XEV 9e. It is likely to get features like Level 2 ADAS, a digital IRVM, auto park, a 10-speaker JBL sound system and much more.

On the powertrain front, we expect the Sierra to get a new 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine, a 1.5-litre NA petrol engine and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. For the EV, Tata could offer the powertrain options from the Harrier.ev. We expect Tata to price the ICE version between Rs 13 Lakh and Rs 24 Lakh (on-road, Mumbai). The EV version could be priced between Rs 17 Lakh and Rs 27 Lakh (on-road, Mumbai).

The best-selling SUV in its segment, the Mahindra XUV700, is now quite a popular choice in India. The facelift version of the SUV has been spotted multiple times while testing, and many are waiting for the launch of the facelift. While we have received a “save the date” from Mahindra for November 26, the brand has not revealed which SUV will be launching. Although there is no clarity on the matter, we expect Mahindra to either launch the XUV700 facelift or the much-awaited EV version of the XUV700. If Mahindra do launch the electric version of the XUV700, we expect it to get features like a triple screen setup, Level 2 ADAS, powered and ventilated front seats, a panoramic sunroof and much more.

We can expect the electric 7-seater SUV to get the same battery pack options as the XEV 9e. But it is likely the XEV 7e will get AWD as well. We expect Mahindra to price the XEV 7e between Rs 23.60 Lakh and Rs 34 Lakh (on-road, Mumbai). If Mahindra launches the XUV700 facelift, we can expect a few cosmetic changes to the exterior and a few feature additions. New features may include a triple screen setup, powered and ventilated front seats, and a few more. However, Mahindra will likely retain the powertrain options. We can expect Mahindra to price the XUV 700 facelift between Rs 16.50 Lakh and Rs 31.50 Lakh (on-road, Mumbai).
