Hero Splendor remains the bike that has dominated the market for years now. The Splendor is famous for its reliability and affordability. The Splendor+ is the standard variant of Splendor. And Hero is expected to update the Splendor+ in the upcoming year. Here’s what you can expect from this upcoming Splendor+:
Key Details:

The new Splendor+ is expected to retain the same design as before, with refreshed elements available with updated graphics. New Splendor is expected to carry the same boxy headlamp and tail lamp design with slight changes. The practical and straightforward design remains unchanged. The new Splendor+ will be getting some features from its advanced trim, the Xtec. The fully-digital instrument cluster, Bluetooth connectivity, and LED headlamp are expected to be offered with the Splendor+ as well. Also compatible with the OBD-2B, like the Xtec variant. Splendor+ will still ride on the 18-inch alloy wheels.
Powertrain:

Powering the Splendor+ will be the same 97.2cc engine, paired with the four-speed transmission. Producing about 8 HP and 8.05 Nm Torque. This powertrain is famous for its low maintenance cost and fuel economy, with a claimed mileage of 80.6 kmpl. All these factors make the Splendor+ a practical city commuter. An update is expected to be more refined and fuel-efficient.
Rivals:
The rivals to the Splendor+ are the Bajaj Platina 100/110 and the new Honda Shine 100. Hero Splendor+ is the most expensive in the segment. Even being expensive Splendor+ out-sells its competition.
Expected Launch and Price:
There is no official statement on the launch of the new Splendor+, but we expect it to be in mid-2026. The current Splendor+ prices range from 89,300 to 92,000 (on-road Mumbai). The newer Splendor+ is expected to receive a minimum price hike.
