New Japanese 7-seater Interiors Revealed!

We are talking about the Gravite, Nissan’s all-new 7-seater SUV. The Gravite has been teased multiple times before, but this is the best look wehave had of the car yet. Nissan has released an advertisement on its official YouTube channel, giving us a glimpse of the Gravite.

The exteriors have been camouflaged, but we can still spot the headlights and taillights that are identical to those of the Renault Triber. Despite being concealed, we expect it to get a revised front and rear end compared to the Triber. On the inside, it is difficult to distinguish it from its sibling, as the dashboard layout is identical. Some key features we can spot include an AMT gearbox, steering-mounted controls, an 8-inch infotainment screen, and leatherette seats. Furthermore, we can spot front and rear dashcams, which are expected to be offered as accessories.

We will get a complete look at the Gravite on the 17th of February, when its launch is scheduled. We expect it to be priced between the Rs 7-11 lakh range (on-road, Mumbai). Such pricing would make it one of the cheapest 7-seaters in the market.

On the inside, we expect features such as a 7-inch digital driver’s display, push button start, cooled centre console and glovebox, 6-speaker sound system, rear parking camera, etc. We expect the Gravite to be offered with different alloy wheel designs and colour options to set it apart from the Triber.
The Gravite is expected to share powertrains with the Triber and will be offered with a 1.0-litre petrol engine (71 bhp & 96 Nm), along with a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT gearbox option. Moreover, Nissan could offer it with a retrofitted CNG.
