2026 is gonna be the blockbuster year for SUV lovers, with a number of existing launches. And before you make your booking for the go-to-choice, the Hyundai Creta, have a look at these two SUVs that will be launching next month!

Upcoming SUVs In March – Finally Launching

Renault Duster Renault Duster

The first SUV in this list is gonna be the Renault Duster. Renault India held a grand event on 26th January for the return of the Duster, but the prices remain under wraps. At the same event, the brand announced the timeline it would follow for Duster sales in India. Following this timeline, Renault will announce the price of its SUV on 17th March 2026. We expect this SUV to be priced between Rs 14 lakh and Rs 23 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).

Duster was the first compact SUV in the Indian market back in 2012, but the segment was later dominated by the Creta. With the new Duster, the brand will be trying its best to regain its throne from the Creta. On paper, Duster seems to be a promising product with its offerings. It features a 1.8-litre petrol engine with dual motors, delivering 160 bhp and 172 Nm of torque. Other two powertrain options are the 1.0-litre (100bhp,160Nm) and 1.3-litre (163bhp, 280Nm) turbo-petrol engines. The hybrid powertrain is expected to be on sale later in 2026; initially, the Duster will be offered with the turbo-petrol engines. Targeting a wide range of customers.

Inside the cabin, it features a 10.1-inch infotainment screen, a 10.25-inch driver’s display, panoramic sunroof, ADAS level-2 and a 360-degree camera, which remain the highlights. In addition, the Duster has the rugged, boxy looks.

Another SUV Against The Creta:

Skoda Kushaq FaceliftSkoda Kushaq Facelift

Another SUV scheduled for March 2026 is the Skoda Kushaq Facelift, which was revealed earlier in January. With the test drive scheduled for mid-march, we can expect the price to be announced sometime after the drive. We expect the Kushaq facelift to be priced between Rs 12.62 lakh and Rs 21.89 lakh (on-road, Mumbai), with a Rs 1 lakh price hike.

The Kushaq Facelift gets a larger driver’s display, massaged rear seats, and some additional features over the current one. The powertrain remains unchanged, offering 1.0-litre (114bhp, 178Nm) and 1.5-litre (148bhp, 250Nm) turbo-petrol engines. The Kushaq facelift will also be offered with a new 8-speed torque converter gearbox. There are also some cosmetic changes, including the illuminated light band in the front grille, giving the Kushaq a different look than before.

Which alternative of the Creta would you consider as your new SUV?
