TVS RTR HyprStunt Design Patent Filed in India

TVS RTR HyprStunt will not be launched as a mass-market model but as a custom stunt motorcycle in limited numbers for professional stunt performers

TVS Motor Company unveiled the RTR HyprStunt concept at the EICMA 2025 in Italy. Now, the brand has filed the design patent of this unusual factory stunt bike in India. It is safe to assume that TVS RTR HyprStunt will not be launched as a mass-market model in the Indian market, but the custom stunt motorcycle could be rolled out in limited numbers for professional stunt performers. The Hosur-based two-wheeler has a rich history in the world of stunts with multiple records to its name, including the first high-altitude stunt show 14,835 ft altitude.

Talking about the RTR HyprStunt concept, it comes with plenty of stunt-specific components which we generally do not see in regular sports bikes. It boasts of axle-mounted footpegs, single-rider seat, wide-pipe handlebars, sharp styling, and stunt-compatible rear grab rail. The tubular main frame is suspended by USD front forks and monoshock rear unit.

The RTR HyprStunt concept gets a custom braking system with special line lockers and master cylinders for the rear brake control on the handlebar. The single-piece seat is likely to be fairly soft in order to ensure quicker position switching for the stunt person. A special mention goes to the tank shrouds which are angled upwards, contrary to the general trend of angling downwards.

The wheels look traditional, albeit with modern paint finish. The RTR HyprStunt concept misses out on the headlight which is quite common with these sort of stunt motorcycles. It helps in reducing the overall weight of the bike. It is also packed with an aftermarket free-flowing exhaust which, we believe, has further helped in keeping the weight on the lower side.

At the heart, the HyprStunt could house the 299cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled petrol engine which debuted with the RTX 300 adventure bike. This engine generates top power of 35.5 bhp and highest torque of 28.5 Nm while paired to a 6-speed gearbox. Based on the ‘Track to Road’ philosophy of the brand, it was showcased in a multi-tone colour scheme at the EICMA 2025.

During the unveiling at the event in Italy, TVS termed the RTR HyprStunt concept as a model which has been “crafted for precision stunt riding and urban aggression.” Since the company has filed the design patent of the stunt bike, we could see it in the upcoming stunt shows of TVS by the end of 2026.
