Royal Enfield has finally released the technical specs of the upcoming Flying Flea C6 electric motorcycle. Along with the specifications, the production-ready version of the all-electric bike has been unveiled and it is likely to go on sale in the next few days in the Indian market. The series production of the Flying Flea C6 has already commenced at the company’s manufacturing plant in Chennai and it will also be exported to global markets. Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6 Battery, Range and Charging Time

The C6 is powered by a 3.91 kWh lithium ion battery pack which is an air cooled unit with magnesium casing. It is claimed to return a MIDC range of 154 km on a full charge. However, in real-world conditions, with different ride modes combined, the riders can get something in the ballpark of 100-110 kmph. Under ambient temperature (25℃), it will take 2 hours and 16 mins for a 0-100 percent charge, while 20-80 percent charge can be achieved in 65 mins.

The Flying Flea C6 tips the weighing scale at 124 kg (kerb) which makes it one of the lightest in its segment. It takes nearly 3.7 secs to do the 0-60 kmph sprint before topping out at 115 kmph. The C6 comes with a load carrying capacity of 160 kg. The bike has a ground clearance of 207 mm which makes it suitable for the Indian road conditions. The saddle height is pegged at 823 mm.

Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6 Power and Torque Figures

Presented with a belt-drive system, the C6 has top power of 20.6 bhp at 3500 rpm and peak torque of 60 Nm. It is equipped with a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Electric Motor with an integrated MCU and air-cooling setup. Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6 Wheels and Suspension

Riding on 19-inch front and rear alloy wheels, it is fitted with Ceat-sourced 90/90-19 front and rear tubeless tyres as standard. The suspension duties are performed by a Girder front fork with linkage type hydraulic twin unit and monoshock rear absorber with internal floating piston. The front and rear suspension have distance travel of 100 mm and 110 mm, respectively.
