In a post on TeamBHP by dkaile, we came across a Classic 350 with a CPMC (Aoocci) Z55B Pro installed. This product has a front and rear dashcam. Not just that, it gets a slew of other features like Tyre Pressure Monitoring system, a 5.5-inch touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Blind Spot Detection, and the list goes on. According to the user, the build quality of this product is impressive, and the screen is IP67 waterproof and has anti-vibration mounts. To toggle through the screen, a wired remote control was provided, which can be mounted on the handlebars.

The CPMC (Aoocci) Z55B Pro also gets an individual GPS unit, a 64GB Micro SD card, a metal alloy mount, UV-protected cables and a few more. The user also showed a few images of the mounted unit and how other components like the remote control, dashcams, GPS unit and Blind Spot Detection units were installed on the bike. While it does look out of place on a Royal Enfield, this is more of a “function over form” deal. With the touchscreen, it will be easier to use Google Maps, toggle through music, attend calls and much more. However, there are a few things to keep in mind when installing this.

The touchscreen could be good as well as bad for your riding experience. The pros are that toggling through the music, using the maps, and much more become much easier. However, the screen can also become quite a distraction. Plus, in this instance, the screen is mounted on the handlebars. So, you will have to take your eyes off the road to operate the screen. In ADVs like the KTM 390 ADV, the screen is mounted just behind the windscreen, so it’s directly in the rider’s eyeline, causing much less distraction. So, if you are able to adapt to the screen without being distracted when riding, this unit is quite useful and purposeful. The system is priced at around Rs 16,000.
