Maruti Invicto Discount!

The Innova’s Maruti alternative, the Invicto, has just received a massive discount of up to Rs 2.5 Lakh. This discount includes a 1 Lakh cash discount and a Rs 1.5 Lakh scrappage or exchange bonus. So, with this discount, we believe that the Invicto could be a great alternative to the Innova Hycross. But why? Well, the Invicto is essentially a rebadged Toyota Innova Hycross, with a few differences. It does lack a few features like ADAS, Ottoman seats, a JBL sound system, rear sunshades and a few more. Also, the Invicto is only available with the strong-hybrid engine. These features aside, the Invicto and the Innova share the same platform, components and hybrid tech. In fact, the Invicto, on the inside, is quite a premium 7-seater. The MPV gets features like

  • Powered driver seat
  • Ventilated front seats
  • 10.1-inch touchscreen
  • Panoramic sunroof
  • 7-inch digital instrument cluster
  • Cruise control
  • Powered tailgate
  • Multi-zone climate control
  • Ambient lighting

Under the hood is a 2.0-litre petrol hybrid engine producing 186bhp and 206Nm of torque along with an e-CVT gearbox. Like every other Maruti, the Invicto also delivers decent mileage, thanks to the strong hybrid setup.

So, the Invicto gets almost everything from the Innova – the engine, platform, features and tech. With a price ranging from Rs 29.47 Lakh to Rs 33.72 Lakh (on-road, Mumbai) and a massive Rs 2.5 Lakh discount, the Invicto could just be a good value for money deal. The Innova Hycross has its own stature and significance. But for those looking for the same quality, reliability and performance at a lower cost, the Invicto would be the way to go.
