Safest Toyota SUV
Now, Toyota has yet to officially reveal any safety crash ratings of the Ebella. However, thanks to Maruti, we can expect the Ebella to be the safest Toyota SUV in India. How? Well, for starters, the Ebella is none other than Toyota’s iteration of Maruti e Vitara. Similar to Toyota, Maruti also only unveiled the e Vitara but has yet to announce the pricing. However, what Maruti revealed during the unveiling is the crash test result of the e Vitara!

Maruti has been focusing on safety with its recent products scoring 5-star safety ratings at the Bharat NCAP. Similarly, the brand also crash tested the e Vitara at the Bharat NCAP, wherein it scored a full 5-star safety rating. The SUV impressed everyone by scoring 31.49 out of 32 for adult safety & 43 out of 49 for child safety rating. Now, being based on the same Heartect-e platform, the Toyota Ebella is also expected to score a similar safety rating. With that, the Ebella will officially become the safest Toyota SUV in India! The brand currently has the Fortuner and the Urban Cruiser Hyryder in its India portfolio. However, both these SUVs are yet to be crash tested by the Global or the Bharat NCAP crash test facilities.
