New Brixton Twin-Cylinder Adventure Bike India Launch in Q2 2026

The Brixton Crossfire 500 Storr will be at loggerheads with the BMW F 450 GS which is likely to launch during the same time in India

Brixton Motorcycles, the Austria-based two-wheeler brand, will launch the Crossfire 500 Storr in Q2 (Apr-Jun) 2026 in the Indian market. The adventure tourer was earlier supposed to go on sale in Dec 2025 at the India Bike Week (IBW). However, the company backed out of the motorcycling festival at the last moment due to the sudden shift in venue from Goa to Panchgani. Brixton Crossfire 500 Storr will directly rival KTM 390 Adventure, Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 and the upcoming BMW F 450 GS in India.

To be sold as Completely Built Unit (CBU), the Crossfire 500 Storr is likely to be priced around Rs 5 lakh (ex-showroom). However, a comparatively lower price tag would have helped its cause a lot more as the arch rivals such as KTM 390 Adventure and Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 have a starting price of Rs 3.97 lakh and Rs 3.06 lakh, respectively. All the prices mentioned before are ex-showroom.

Sitting on a tubular steel frame, the ADV tourer from the land of Europe rides on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels which are shod with Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tyres. The suspension duties are helmed by USD front forks and a monoshock unit at rear. The Crossfire 500 Storr has a fuel tank capacity of 16 litres while it tips the weighing scale at 209 kg.

Some of the striking design elements onboard the adventure bike are round LED headlamp, tall windscreen, upswept exhaust pipe and a compact tail section. The feature list includes switchable dual-channel ABS, USB charging port, switchable traction control, all-LED lighting and 7-inch coloured digital console with TFT screen. The Smartphone can be paired with the instrument cluster through Bluetooth to access turn-by-turn navigation.

At the heart, Brixton Crossfire 500 Storr packs a 486cc parallel-twin liquid-cooled petrol engine which generates max power of 47 bhp and peak torque of 43 Nm. The engine is paired with a 6-speed transmission. The ADV motorcycle has a saddle height of 839 mm. It can clock a top speed of 160 kmph while the mileage is likely to be in the ballpark of 20-22 kmph.
