KTM Duke 160 New Variant

KTM launched the Duke 160 in August 2025, making it the most powerful bike in its segment. However, being the entry-level Duke, KTM had to keep a few things basic to keep the costs down as well. So, initially, the Duke 160 got a basic LCD display, which was still good enough. However, the Austrian brand has now launched a new variant, which will be the top-spec for the Duke 160. And with this variant, you get a TFT display, which is available with the Duke 390 as well.

The best part is that this variant will cost you just Rs 8,000 more than the standard variant. The standard variant will continue to offer the LCD display alongside the new top-spec variant with the TFT. Along with the TFT screen, the switchgear on the Duke 160 has also been updated, similar to the one on the Duke 390. However, apart from that, the Duke 160 remains unchanged, which is a good thing.

Specs And Features

KTM gave its entry-level bikes a great deal of features to stand out in the extremely competitive 150-160cc segment. Features include WP Apex USD front forks, Supermoto ABS, Bluetooth connectivity with turn-by-turn navigation and much more. At the heart of the matter is a 164cc engine producing 18.73bhp and 15.5Nm of torque along with a 6-speed gearbox. The standard variant carries a price tag ranging from Rs 2.04 Lakh (on-road, Mumbai), while the new variant costs Rs 8,000 over the base variant’s ex-showroom price.
