Mercedes has unveiled big updates for one of its most popular SUVs, the GLS. The GLS facelift has been unveiled in global markets and we could see it being launched in India soon as well. While its production will commence in global markets soon, we would have to wait till early- to mid-2027 for it to be launched in India. Looks

With the GLS, it is more of an aesthetic touch-up than a complete makeover. The front-end and rear end have been tweaked thanks to a more distinct grille and tri-star elements in the headlights and taillights. You get newer alloy wheel designs, colour schemes and more configuration options thanks to the Manufaktur programme.

Whether the facelift is an improvement or a downgrade over its predecessor remains subjective, but we can clearly see the approach Mercedes is taking for all its models.
