Indian summers can be arduous, and Hyundai’s solution for this is the Summer edition. With the Summer edition, the Creta gets more features across the variants. This means you can now get a feature-packed Creta for less than ever. So here is what’s changed with the facelift –
Summer Edition – EX Variant


This variant gets 2 new features –
- Smart Key
- Push Button Start
The EX Summer-edition variant is priced between Rs 14.33 lakh and Rs 16.43 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). It is offered with a 1.5-litre NA petrol engine and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. Gearbox options are limited to a 6-speed manual.

EX (O) Variant


The updates are the most significant for the EX(O) variant, and you now get –
- LED headlights
- LED taillights
- Smart key
- Push button start
- Rear parking camera
- rear window sunshade
- 16-inch styled steel wheels
As for the powertrain options, it is offered with a 1.5-litre NA petrol engine and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. The diesel trim is mated to either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed AT, while the petrol trim is offered with either a 6-speed manual or a CVT. The EX(O) variant is priced between Rs 15.58 lakh and Rs 19.35 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).

Summer edition – S(O) Variant


With the summer edition, the regular S(O) and Knight-edition S(O) trim get one key feature – Dashcam.
This variant gets the 1.5-litre NA petrol and 1.5-litre diesel options. Gearbox options include a 6-speed manual, a 6-speed AT (for diesel), and a CVT (for petrol). It has been priced between Rs 16.83 lakh and Rs 20.80 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).

SX


The SX variant gets 2 new additions –
- 10.25-inch digital driver’s display
- Dashcam
This trim is offered only with a 1.5-litre NA petrol, mated to a 6-speed manual. No diesel or automatic alternatives have been offered. The SX summer edition has been priced at Rs 17.85 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).

Summer edition – SX Premium


The additions are more significant with this trim as it gets –
- 10.25-inch digital driver’s display
- Front parking sensors
- Surround view monitor
- Blindspot view monitor
It is offered with a 1.5-litre NA petrol engine mated to a CVT or a 6-speed manual, and a 1.5-litre diesel engine mated to a 6-speed manual. You can get this variant for around Rs 19.37 lakh and 21.55 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).
