Honda 2-Wheelers India has rolled out the Shine 125 limited edition in the country. Based on the Disc variant in the Shine 125 line-up, it comes in a unique paint shade. Honda Shine 125 limited edition is likely to go on sale in the next few days with a slight premium over the stock model. Just so you know, the Shine 125 Disc is sold at a sticker price of Rs 85,211 (ex-showroom). Hence, the limited edition model will cost somewhere around Rs 87,000-88,000 (ex-showroom) in the Indian market.

First things first, Honda Shine 125 limited edition is presented in a new Pearl Siren Blue colour with ‘Shine’ graphics on the fuel tank. The primary body colour is dark blue while the alloys are finished in a Pyrite Brown paint shade. Although Pearl Siren Blue is already available with the Disc variant of the bike, this one in combination with Brown rims and fresh body graphics is rather peculiar.

Apart from the dual-tone colour scheme and body graphics, Honda Shine 125 limited edition remains the same in terms of cycle parts, features and engine specs. It gets the same fully digital instrument cluster which offers a live mileage indicator, average mileage tracking, range, service reminders, gear position display, digital clock, fuel level monitoring, and an eco-indicator.

The Shine 125 limited edition also comes with an Idling Stop System which automatically shuts down the engine when idle during thick city traffic to improve the overall mileage. The bike also boasts of a silent ACG starter motor which eliminates the noise of gear meshing. Honda has also extended its Enhanced Smart Power (eSP) technology to the Shine 125 limited edition.

Honda Shine 125 limited edition gets a 15W USB-C port which can charge smartphone, power bank, and earphones on the move. The bike has a decent ground clearance of 162 mm. The riders can adjust the low/high beam and pass signals through an integrated headlamp beam & passing switch. A few other notable features onboard the bike are Side Stand Indicator with Engine Cutoff, CBS with Equalizer, and 18-inch Alloy Wheels.

At the heart, Honda Shine 125 limited edition has the same 123.94cc single-cylinder petrol engine which develops top power of 10.6 bhp at 7500 rpm and peak torque of 11 Nm at 6000 rpm. The engine is paired to a 5-speed gearbox. Tipping the weighing scale at 113 kg, it has a fuel tank capacity of 10.5 litres. The bike has a saddle height of 791 mm.
