TVS Registers Highest-Ever Annual Sales in FY26, 56.70 Lakh Units Sold

TVS two-wheeler sales stood at 56.70 lakh units in FY26 as compared to 46.09 lakh units in FY 2024-25 with a growth of 23 percent

TVS Motor Company registered sales of over 5 lakh units in March 2026 with a YoY growth of 25 percent in the Indian market. The company sold a total of 519,358 units last month, including two-wheelers and three-wheelers, as compared to 414,687 units in March 2025. It continued to be the third biggest two-wheeler brand in India with sales of 58.89 lakh units in FY26. TVS posted sales growth of 24 percent in FY26 with its highest-ever annual sales as compared to FY25. In addition, the automaker recorded its highest-ever quarterly sales (Q4 FY 2025-26) at 15.60 lakh units.

Talking about two-wheelers, the overall sales volumes increased from 400,120 units in March 2025 to 498,134 units in March 2026 with a growth of 25 percent. TVS retailed 372,383 units in the domestic market last month as compared to 297,622 units in March 2025 at an identical growth rate of 25 percent. The electric two-wheeler sales also grew by 44 percent on a YoY basis with numbers increasing from 26,935 units in March 2025 to 38,877 units in March 2026.

TVS Motorcycle, Scooter and Three-Wheeler Sales

Looking at the body type-wise sales data, motorcycle volumes increased from 196,734 units in March 2025 to 232,788 units in March 2026 with 18 percent growth. As for scooter models, the YoY sales growth was even higher at 31 percent as sales increased from 166,297 units in March 2025 to 217,624 units in March 2026. The 3-wheeler sales also rose by 46 percent with volumes increasing from 14,567 units in March 2025 to 21,224 units in March 2026.

TVS Export Volumes March 2026

Coming to the export business, TVS shipped a total of 141,443 units of made-in-India vehicles in March 2026 against 113,464 units in March 2025 with a YoY growth of 25 percent. It exported 125,751 two-wheelers in March 2026 as compared to 102,498 units in March 2025 with a growth of 23 percent. It is pretty evident from the sales data that FY26 was the best-ever year for TVS in terms of sales numbers.

In the Q4 2026 (Jan 2026 โ€“ Mar 2026), TVS sold a total of 15.60 Lakh units as compared to 12.16 Lakh units in FY 2024-25 with a growth rate of 28 percent. The two-wheeler division registered growth of 27 percent as volumes increased from 11.80 lakh units in Q4 FY25 to 15 lakh units in the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025-26. The exports surged to 4.22 lakh units in the current quarter from 3.40 Lakh units in the last quarter of FY 2024-25 with a growth of 24 percent.

TVS FY26 Sales

Lastly, TVS finished FY26 with total sales of 58.89 lakh units, up from 47.44 lakh units in FY 2024-25 at a growth rate of 24 percent. The two-wheeler volumes touched 56.70 lakh units in FY26 as compared to 46.09 lakh units in FY 2024-25 with a growth of 23 percent. The export numbers stood at 15.85 lakh units in FY26 against 11.95 lakh units in FY25 with a growth of 33 percent.
