2026 Yamaha Fascino 125 Hybrid Spotted –

The Yamaha Fascino 125 is not typically the most powerful 125cc scooter, but it is certainly one of the most fuel-efficient. All thanks to its mild-hybrid tech, extremely lightweight body, and engine tune. Yes, this scooter comes with a mild-hybrid system, just like Maruti cars. And we have come across the updated 2026 Fascino 125. What’s worth mentioning here is that we are expected to see this on sale very soon, as the spotting has been done at a dealership. What has changed? 

From the spy shots, we can clearly see some design changes. First and foremost, we have a new colour scheme with refreshed decals. Other external changes include modifications to the scooter’s rear end. The tail lamp design with the integrated indicators unit has changed, and the indicators are now separate. What else does it have to offer? 

The popular fuel-efficient powertrain is expected to be the same, even with the new update. This powertrain features a 125cc engine producing 8.04bhp and 10.2Nm torque. Paired with the mild-hybrid tech. How does this hybrid tech work? This consists of the smart motor generator, help this scooter with better pickup and mileage. With this, Yamaha claims the mileage of 68kmpl. Additional features include a coloured TFT display and smartphone connectivity via an app. Also, as part of this update, we can expect the OBD-2 update.

Yamaha Fascino Facelift – Expected Price & Launch

The current Fascino 125 Hybrid is priced at Rs 1,18,000 (on-road, Mumbai). With this update, we can expect a price hike of Rs 5,000-10,000. With its offerings and price tag, this will be a direct competitor to the Honda Activa 125, Suzuki Access 125, and TVS Jupiter 125.
