All-New Skoda SUV

We are talking about the all-new Skoda Kushaq facelift. Skoda unveiled the Kushaq recently and plans to launch it by March 2026. Overall, the Kushaq has been the best-selling Skoda SUV in India, and it has now received a much-needed update. While its looks have been refreshed, it gets this first-in-segment feature.

Skoda Kushaq Facelift – Rear Massaging Seats
Yes, you read that right. It gets rear massaging seats like in a Maybach. Even the Sierra, Seltos and Creta miss out on this feature. This feature is only available on the top Prestige and Monte Carlo trims. While itis just a single-setting massage feature, it is still pretty effective. Usually, you only get these features with luxury sedans and SUVs, but now you can get them with the Kushaq. The pricing of the Prestige and Monte Carlo is yet to be revealed, but we expect it to cost around Rs 20 Lakh (on-road, Mumbai). The next car to get the massaging feature is the Kodiaq, and even it only gets the front massage function.
Thanks to this feature, both the front and rear passengers can experience utmost luxury. The massaging feature is available on the backrests. You get ventilated seats in the front and massaging seats at the back. Skoda took an interesting decision to equip the rear seats with this feature instead (or in addition to) ventilated seats, which are currently in trend. While many cars, like the 7XO and Safari, get rear ventilated seats, none of them get massaging features. Skoda will try to market the Kushaq using this feature.

Skoda Kushaq Facelift – Other Details

The rest of the feature list is decent and includes a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, a 10-inch touchscreen, a panoramic sunroof, powered and ventilated front seats, 6 airbags, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, etc. However, it still lacks features such as ADAS and a 360-degree camera.
The looks have also seen a major refresh. You now get a Kodiaq-like illuminated front grille and sharper headlights. At the back, you get connected taillights, and you could mistake it for an Audi Q3. The rest of the Kushaq has remained untouched, and you get the same 1.0L TSI and 1.5L TSI engines on offer. One new addition to the lineup is the 8-speed torque converter, alongside the 6-speed manual and 7-speed DSG.
