Here it is! The new Seltos has been officially launched in India. The new-gen model has been launched between 10.99 lakh & Rs 19.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Compared to the Sierra, or even the Creta, it is slightly on the cheaper side. So, yes, Kia has priced the new-gen Seltos aggressively. The new Seltos is offered with four broad variants – HTE, HTK, HTX, GTX. It also comes with 10 colour options, including four new paint shades – Morning Haze, Magma Red, Frost Blue, and Ivory Silver Gloss. What are your thoughts on the new Seltos’s pricing? The new-gen Seltos gets a refreshed interior & exterior design. The exterior, in particular, has been the highlight of the Seltos. The new model gets a more aggressive front design with a muscular bonnet and overall design inspired by expensive Kia SUVs. The interior has also undergone a major design overhaul, though not as aggressive as the exterior. Rest, it gets a new colour theme for the interior. In terms of features, the new-gen Seltos offers – a 12.3-inch touchscreen system, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, an 8-speaker Bose premium sound system, digital key, blind view monitor, wireless charging, HUD, panoramic sunroof, ADAS Level 2+, traction modes, 10-way powered driver seat with memory function, ventilated front seats, reclining rear seats, and more in its package.

Engine Options – New Kia Seltos Price


The new Seltos continues with the same engine options. It includes a 1.5-litre NA petrol engine (113bhp & 144Nm), a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine (158bhp & 253Nm), and a 1.5-litre diesel engine (114bhp & 250Nm). Transmission options for the NA petrol include a 6-speed manual & iVT, while the TGDi gets a 7-speed DCT & a 6-speed iMT. The diesel engine gets a 6-speed manual and 6-speed AT gearbox options!
