The 2026 Triumph Daytona 660 comes in new paint shades with upgraded equipment while retaining the same engine and gearbox
The 2026 Triumph Daytona 660 has been unveiled globally with latest features and new colour schemes. It will be available in the UK from April 2026 at a price point of £8,995, which roughly translates into Rs 11.27 lakh in India. The Hinckley-based British brand has stated that the fully-faired bike will also go on sale in Europe and other major countries by June 2026. We expect the 2026 Daytona to launch soon in the Indian market and replace the ongoing model, which is sold at a sticker price of Rs 9.88 lakh (ex-showroom).
First things first, the 2026 Triumph Daytona 660 comes with Showa-sourced 41 mm USD front forks which are adjustable for compression and rebound damping. At the rear, it has a monoshock unit with preload adjustment for quick set‑up changes. However, the fully-faired motorcycle misses out on rebound damping adjustment with the rear suspension, unlike the Trident 660.
The 2026 Daytona 660 is fitted with grippier Metzeler M9RR Supersport tyres which replace the existing Michelin Power 6 units. Furthermore, it now boasts of Triumph Shift Assist (bi-directional quickshifter) as standard feature as earlier it was only available as an accessory. Apart from the updated suspension, premium tyres and addition of Triumph Shift Assist, the 2026 Daytona 660 remains the same in terms of cycle parts and features.

The 2026 Triumph Daytona 660 is rolled out in three new colour schemes namely Sapphire Black, Aluminium Silver and Cosmic Yellow. In addition, it also gets a new aluminium brake pedal with a clear anodised finish. A few other design highlights include LED headlight with integrated DRL, five‑spoke 17‑inch cast aluminium wheels, split seat setup, clip‑on handlebars, and well‑spaced footpegs.
The fully-faired motorcycle retains features from the outgoing model which include Twin 310 mm front disc brakes, Continental ABS, Ride‑by‑wire throttle, Slip and assist clutch, Ride modes (Sport, Road and Rain), Switchable traction control modes, Colour TFT display with an LCD screen, Turn‑by‑turn navigation, Music and call controls, and All-LED lighting.

At the heart, the 2026 Triumph Daytona has the 660cc triple engine which generates max power of 94 bhp at 11,250 rpm and peak torque of 69 Nm at 8,250 rpm. The engine is paired to a 6-speed gearbox. The company claims that 80 percent of the peak torque is available throughout the rev range. The bike is offered with more than 30 Genuine Triumph Accessories which include rubber tank pad, USB charging socket, heated grips and scrolling LED indicators.
