Both of these RE motorcycles will be locally developed at the Chennai facility as the duo will also be exported to various international markets. Lets talk in detail about the 2 new Royal Enfield bikes launching within the next 30-50 days in India.

1. Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6

Last month, top boss of RE, B Govindarajan, stated in the analysts call that the first Royal Enfield electric motorcycle is almost ready for production. Hence, the brand is further expanding the manufacturing capacity at Chennai facility from 14.6 lakh units to 20 lakh units annually. The Flying Flea C6 had its global debut at the EICMA 2024 and later it went on to a multi-city tour across India for media previews in Mumbai, Bengaluru and New Delhi.

Designed and developed by a team of over 200 engineers based in India and UK, Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6 will use an in-house operating system, powered by Snapdragon QWM2290 processor from Qualcomm. Some of the striking highlights of the all-electric motorcycle are Girder front suspension, 19-inch alloy wheels, removable pillion seat, front and rear disc brakes, dual-channel ABS, and a round fully-colored touchscreen digital instrument cluster.

The riders can access several advanced features through the instrument panel in the form of Navigation, Voice assist and OTA updates. Though battery specs are not in public domain yet, we expect the Flying Flea C6 to return range of 200+ km on a single charge while supporting fast DC charging. It is likely to deliver performance equivalent to a 350cc ICE powered motorcycle.

2. 2026 Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450

The 2026 Guerrilla 450 is likely to launch later this month in the Indian market. It is expected to come with new colourways, refreshed graphics and improved rear suspension. In fact, Royal Enfield is likely to offer cruise control as a standard feature with the new model of the roadster. The rumourmill suggests that the telescopic front suspension will also be axed in favour of more premium USD front forks.

It is the third 450cc model in RE’s portfolio after the Himalayan 450 and Scram 450.
